We had complete confidence in them when we retained them for our son's felony drug case. Originally we had a different lawyer handling the matter but we felt that the case was headed in the wrong direction as the former lawyer recommended that our son plead guilty to a felony. After we hired them they immediately developed a clearly laid out a strategy and approach to the case and they made us feel at ease. We finally had great lawyers fighting on our son's behalf. Ultimately, our son did not have to plead guilty to a felony or even a crime! Mr. Sachs was able to obtain an ACD dismissal and now our son will not have a criminal record and his plans to become a CPA will not be derailed!!! The firm helped me out in Yonkers, NY with a drug arrest. I thought all was lost and my wife was really annoyed with me. My lawyers kept everything under control and really put my mind at ease. I hired the law firm while searching for an attorney who specialized in DWI cases. I had a pending case with the Bronx Probation Department and felt hopeless. I called the office and within an hour received a response from Andrew Proto. I explained my situation in great detail and for the first time since my arrest, someone was on my side! In addition to answering all my questions, I felt as though he understood my concerns and was ready to fight for me.
