Originally we had a different lawyer handling the matter but we felt that the case was headed in the wrong direction as the former lawyer recommended that our son plead guilty to a felony. After we hired them they immediately developed a clearly laid out a strategy and approach to the case and they made us feel at ease. We finally had great lawyers fighting on our son's behalf. Ultimately, our son did not have to plead guilty to a felony or even a crime! Mr. Sachs was able to obtain an ACD dismissal and now our son will not have a criminal record and his plans to become a CPA will not be derailed!!!
