DWI Defense

I am not happy about my DWI but the firm was perfect in helping me get through the case. They explained everything to me and took the time to answer my questions. The result was everything I wanted no criminal convictions and most of the charges were just dismissed. Peace of Mind During an Unpleasant Time

I hired the office while searching for an attorney who specialized in DWI cases. I had a pending case with the Bronx Probation Department and felt hopeless. I called the office and within an hour received a response. I explained my situation in great detail and for the first time since my arrest, someone was on my side! In addition to answering all my questions, I felt as though they understood my concerns and was ready to fight for me. I can't tell you enough how refreshing it was to have someone in your corner, especially since my previous attorney wouldn't give me the time of day. They are all very professional and extremely knowledgeable of DWI law. They went as far as contacting the Counsel's office for the Bronx Probation Dept to make their presence known. They wanted to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of and pleaded my case. 

Whenever I called the office they responded immediately, even if I reached out multiple times a day. I tend to over analyze details and the lawyers were very polite and understanding in dealing with me. They reassured and kept me informed throughout my horrible ordeal. I felt at peace knowing the firm was handling my case; I had not felt peaceful in a long time. 

To this day, although the case is settled, my lawyer continues to reach out to the Bronx Probation Dept showing he is ready to fight on my behalf. I highly recommend the Law Firm as they get the job done.

The firm helped me out in Yonkers, NY with a drug arrest. I thought all was lost and my wife was really annoyed with me. My lawyers kept everything under control and really put my mind at ease. They explained everything and even answered my frantic questions on a Saturday!! 

They are the type of guys that makes you feel good and knows what they are talking about. It's like everyone knew my lawyer in court and my lawyer was always prepared much more prepared than the DA. 

They worked everything out for me and all I had to do was stay out of trouble for a few months and the case was dismissed. Just like that dismissed. I wrote this review because I called the firm months and months later and even though I wasn't calling to hire the firm for anything they took the time to talk to me on the phone like a friend.

Best Lawyer

Andrew Proto is the best!! He helped me on my DWI case in Harrison New York so much. All the other lawyers I spoke to were doom and gloom. Andrew told me everything I needed to know about my case and was very aggressive against the DA. I was so comfortable in court with him. The best part was anytime I needed to speak with him he was available and always offered to answer my questions even on weekends. Thanks to him and his office for the help!!!

Great Lawyers

The firm was a big help in my DWI case in White Plains. We appeared in Court together and they always took time to explain my case and all of my options.
