Client Awarded Custody and an Order of Protection in White Plains Family Court
After a period of several weeks and following a detailed investigation, the Family Law Attorneys of Proto, Sachs & Brown, LLP successfully represented their client in the Westchester Family Court and obtained an Order awarding sole physical and legal custody of two minor children to their client. Additionally, the Family Court Judge issued an order of protection in order to protect the family from having to endure any further physical and mental abuse.
